First of all, I FINALLY have a winner for my RAK!! The winner is comment #10, thanks to!! That means MEL W is the winner!!!
We'll be in touch Mel! :) Congrats, and thanks for being such a great supporter of my blog! :)

I have a layout to show you that I designed using Momenta's PURE line. i ADORE this line! It's just so me!! :)
I had fun playing with the glimmer mist too! It didn't turn out exactly as I would have liked... but that's the joy of misting, right? :)
Tender Kiss
This is a LO using my sisters engagement photo... Her photographer did an AMAZING job!!! Jason MacLean.
I had fun making these little flowers as well! I used some ribbon, stitched it into a circle and added a button... SUPER easy, but OH so cute!!

I've also been enjoying using this lacy border punch... I LOVE that the leftover piece makes such a neat edge for the top and bottom of my page as well!
This page was super simple... but I love that! It really helps to put the focus on the beautiful photo!
Thanks for stopping by!! I'm off to scrap some more! :)
Happy Scrappin!! :)

Lots of creating... and some more fun news!!

Hello all!! July 3rd was my last post! Man... where has July gone!!??!!?? It has FLOWN by!!!

First of all, i want to share with you that I have been invited to be a Guest Designer for Scribble Scrabble for Sept!! YAHOO! I'm so excited! They have some beautiful lines coming out!! YAY!!!

Also have lots of recent work to show you! I'll start with one that I created for Magistical Memories using the sketch I created for the July challenge!
I used the beautiful swirl chipboard that you see as well as some hearts and a circle. Glimmer mist and Making Memories paints created the colors. I adore these October Afternoon papers!
Love machine stitching and buttons....
Here you can read the journaling... It was his Kindergarten orientation day. He really was excited but this look on his face shows me that there were feelings inside that he was just not sharing... that's the thing about boys eh?.... so many feelings they just won't share...
The entire page was created using Helmar Premium Craft glue except for the chipboard... I used the 450 Quick dry from Helmar for that! FAB-U-LOUS!!
I have more to show you... but my time is up!! kids are at the table eating supper... LOL!!!
Hope you're having a FAB summer!!!
I'll be back soon with the winner of my RAK as well!!!

Until Next Time... Happy Scrapping!!

Camera Shy **Magistical Memories

I am a little bit behind this month with my sketch creation for June for Magistical Memories... but it's ok, because I'm pleased with the LO that I created!! :) The June sketch was created by Amy Teets and it was an awesome one!
It is such a versatile sketch and there are SO many possibilities!!! Here is what I created with it.

Camera Shy

I had fun playing with this beautiful Magistical Memories Crazy Daisy border chipboard! I sprayed it with 2 colors of Tattered angels glimmer mist and one shimmers... it gave it a really cool look! I just love the way it shimmers!! I added pearls to the centers to give it a finished look.
No LO is complete without some fussy cutting and stickles... Oh, and some Liquid Pearls!!
This entire LO was done using the Helmar Premium Craft Glue! If you're like me, you always thing that liquid glue will ripple your pages... Well, I don't think that way any more!! This glue is liquid but there are not wet marks, no ripples and best of all... your stuff doesn't move! It's fabulous! The only thing i didn't use it on with this page was the journaling strips... I just like the Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive runner for this...
It's a little late for you to enter the June Sketch contest at Magistial Memories... but it's PERFECT timing to enter the July sketch challenge!! Here is the sketch...
Drop by Magistical Memories forum to see the details of the challenge!!

Don't forget about the RAK I will be drawing for!!! Just become a follower and leave a comment here...!

So... until next time... Happy Scrapping!!!

Helmar and Scrap-Tastic!

The most recent project that I created for Helmar USA was done using the July kit from Scrap-Tastic! It is called Scrap-Tacular... and it was so fun to work with!! Check it out!!
Isn't it awesome?? So many fun things to play with!! I didn't get the entire kit, but what i did get was SO much fun to play with!! Here is the LO I created with it!
Mr. Sleepy Head
There are so many fun little embellishments with this kit, that I got to dig out a bunch of different Helmar Adhesives to use!! I used the Premium Craft Glue to adhere my papers together. I dug into the trusty 450 Quick Dry to adhere the chipboard and trim. Couldn't resist using the 1/2 inch round zapdots to add some dimension to the heart. Always use the Quick Fix Adhesive runner for my journaling strips.
And last but not least I used the Gemstone glue for the first time!!When I applied it to the back of my stars it came out white, I put too much on, and it squirted out around my stars! Oh great I thought!! But when it dried... it disappeared! No sights of glue to be seen! Yay for Helmar!
Thanks for stopping by!! Like what you see in this kit? Go grab one for yourself! You'll be glad you did!
All supplies on this page were from the Scrap-Tastic July kit except for:Prima bling, Clearsnaps
smooch, Websters Pages alpha's.

Until Next time... Happy Scrapping!!

Happy Birthday Canada... And a little something to share!

Happy Canada Day all!!! I know I am a day late, but I wanted to share these photo's from yesterday!

But before I do, I want to let you know that I have a RAK up for grabs!! I am starting to get organized... Thanks to Simply Renee! :) So I have lots of goodies to give away!! Want a chance to win some? Here's what I want ya to do...

*Become a follower of my blog.
*Post a comment in this thread.

That's it? Yep, that's it!! I'll give you until July 9th and then I'll choose a winner!!

Now, on to the Canada Day festivities...

We went in to Fredericton to go out for supper with Justin's Nephew and his girlfriend, and his other nephew.

My Mother in Law kept the 2 middle boys so that was great! We just took the 2 oldest and the baby. We went to Jungle Jims for supper... YUMMY!!!

Right around 10:00 as we were about to pay and head down to the waterfront for the fireworks, the skies opened up and it started to pour rain! SO disappointing!!! Too late to go to the movies too... So we were homeword bound. Oh well... maybe next year? We had fun regardless!!
I painted their faces with... scrapbooking paint! I used the Red and White from my Scrapbook Sally paints! LOL!!! Wasn't sure if it would wash off ok, but today they are back to normal! WHOOT!!

So, I'll be back with some pages to share... I have a couple... but you'll have to wait! :)
Until Then... Happy Scrapping!!
